How do you not have Rachel Dratch? Have you ever seen the Debbie Downer sketches. Jim Breuer really? Mike Myers, Jason Sudeikis, Maya Rudolph, Tina Fey, all got snubbed. I have some strong disagreements. but I suppose it is opinion

1. Norm Macdonald - funniest person to ever live. This is fact.
2. Bill Murray
3. Will Ferrell
4. Chris Farley
5. Phil Hartman

Maybe one day Bill Hader will crack the top five, but everyone else is barely worth mentioning. Amy Poehler is great now, but she didn't do anything memorable on SNL - same goes for Chris Rock. Adam Sandler, Mike Myers, Kristen Wiig and Jimmy Fallon suck and always will.

SNL is actually a poor judge of talent. Some of the best comedic actors were either crapped on on SNL or didn't even make the cut. eg. Jim Carrey, Steve Carrell, Sarah Silverman, Chris Elliot

Watched since the 90s so i'm biased over the 70s-80s cast members.

But in no particular order, the funniest to me are these,

1. Farley
2. Ferrell
3. Hartman
4. Carvey
5. Armison
6. Hader
7. Wiig
8. Hammond

they are chameleons they can "be" anyone.. love em

The person who made up this list suffers from short term memory. Tina Fey and Kristen Wiig over Gilda Radner. Adam Sandler over Mike Meyers and Dana Carvey Lol...uh... No.

Of course this is all completely subjective, but (just for fun) here's some of my picks in no particular order because they're all fantastic:

Darrell Hammond
Phil Hartman
Chris Parnell
Will Ferrell
Tina Fey
Rachel Dratch
Norm MacDonald
David Spade
Bill Murray
Chris Farley
Colin Quinn (although I won't make any friends mentioning him, lol)
And special props to Alec Baldwin as host!

Sandler got let go from SNL because he sucked at sketch comedy and Chris rock will tell you himself that he and the show didn't work well together. So having those two in the top ten is a huge error. Of course they're bigger stars then say Dana Carvey and Bill Hader but Carvey and Hader were born to do sketch comedy. It seems like this list was influenced more by their post-SNL careers then what they did on the show.

My top ten
1. Will Ferrell
2. Phil Hartman
3. Eddie Murphy
4. Bill Murray
5. John Belushi
6. Dana Carvey
7. Chris Farley
8. Bill Hader
9. Amy Poehler (I always liked her better than Wiig or Fey)
10. Mike Myers

Jimmy Fallon could never stop laughing on every skit. His tonight show I think is great so far but he could never stay in character on SNL.

Seth Meyers?????? I dont even know how this guy got famous...worst SNL cast member ever.
